2021 Annual in person general meeting and BBQ cancelled
After having given the matter very serious consideration, the executive of Contest Club Ontario is regrettably announcing that for the second year in a row the annual in person general meeting and BBQ will be cancelled due to COVID 19. While we appear to be very close to conditions where the BBQ could be held without restrictions, we are unfortunately not quite there yet. The health and safety of our membership is of utmost concern.
We are hoping to be able to conduct a virtual meeting to conduct CCO business this year. Details will follow shortly as soon as a few details are worked out.
Emails for continued financial support as well as a request for nominations for the 2021/2022 club executive will be issued shortly.
We regret that the cancellation notice has to be issued but trust that the membership will be understanding.
