Contest Club Ontario - A.G.M. and BBQ

Date: Saturday August 23rd, 2025 (Save the Date)

PLEASE BE AWARE - You must pre-pay to obtain a meal ticket.

If you are coming to the BBQ and want the meal you must pre-pay by sending money via PayPal (remember to check off the box indicating your sending funds to friends and family),
e-transfer to ccopayments@gmail.com or cheques payable to
Contest Club Ontario and sent to Rick, VE3MM at his address on QRZ.com.

It is very important we have an accurate tally of attendees as it
costs us per head and we want everyone to have food, but not to have amounts left over.

As last year, we will be having a bring and buy section (hamfest)
and as before, a donation would be appreciated if you are successful in selling items.

Hope to see lots of you at the BBQ, and now I will be soliciting for door prizes from the manufacturers!!

Once again..  PLEASE do not arrive at the BBQ prior to 2pm.

Bring your own adult beverages and chairs.  There will be soft drinks and water available.

If you cannot attend, you can purchase prize tickets via:
